Such a company has no right to hold an open subscription for the shares it has issued or to offer an unlimited number of persons to acquire them otherwise.
According to the Law, a family business is a joint venture carried out by more than one family member for profit. Family members include a parent, spouse, child, brother or sister. A commercial organization may be considered a family business if the authorized capital of the commercial organization is wholly owned by one or more family members, և if the enterprise operates exclusively through the shareholders or family members of the shareholders.
