Marriage contract |: Family Code:

The new Family Code, which entered into force on April 19, 2005, provided for the marriage contract as a new institution of family law. According to Article 27 of the Family Code of the Republic of Armenia, a marriage contract is the consent of the persons getting married or the consent of the spouses, which determines the property rights and obligations of the spouses during the marriage and (or) its dissolution.

Divorce procedure

What is a will? Donation or will?

An expression of a citizen's will to dispose of his property in the event of his death is considered a will. In case of death, the property can be disposed of only by will. A will can be made by a capable citizen. The will must be made in person. It is not allowed to make a will through a representative. The will can only contain orders of one person. It is not allowed to make a will by more than two people. A will is a one-way transaction, the validity of which is determined at the time of opening the inheritance.
