The new Family Code, which entered into force on April 19, 2005, provided for the marriage contract as a new institution of family law. According to Article 27 of the Family Code of the Republic of Armenia, a marriage contract is the consent of the persons getting married or the consent of the spouses, which determines the property rights and obligations of the spouses during the marriage and (or) its dissolution.
The procedure and conditions for providing children with a livelihood are decided by the parents themselves. Parents may enter into a custody agreement with their children (alimony agreement) in accordance with Chapter 15 of this Code.
In case of mutual agreement of the spouses, the divorce takes place through the joint application of the spouses in the relevant department of the Civil Registry Acts / Civil Registry Office of the RA Ministry of Justice. If one of the spouses does not have the opportunity to appear in person at the Civil Registry Office to file for divorce jointly, his or her wish to divorce may be formulated in a separate divorce notice. The signature of the spouse making such a statement must be notarized.
Article 306. Invalidity of forged transactions
A fraudulent transaction, that is, a transaction entered into without the intention to cause appropriate legal consequences, is null and void.

A will can be made by a capable citizen. The will must be made in person. It is not allowed to make a will through a representative. The will can only contain orders of one person. It is not allowed to make a will by more than two people. A will is a one-way transaction, the validity of which is determined at the time of opening the inheritance.
According to Article 158 of the RA Labor Code, the annual leave is a period calculated on working days, which is provided to the employee to rest and restore his / her ability to work.
